All 3 Major Indexes Declined Today

All 3 major indexes declined today, as commodities -- including gold and crude oil -- got more expensive. The dollar continued to lose ground against the euro. 1,609,606,650 shares were traded @ The New York Stock Exchange® today.

DJIA: Closed @ 12,121.71 (-158.46)

NASDAQ: Closed @ 2,405.92 (-54.34)

S&P 500: Closed @ 1,381.90 (-19.05)


NYMEX Crude Oil Future closed @ $60.32/barrel

NY Spot Gold closed @ $638.30/ounce

In New York, The U.S. Dollar buys 0.7614 Euros

In New York, The Euro buys 1.3133 U.S. Dollars

The Federal Funds Target Rate is 5.25%

10-Year Treasury Note Yield is currently @ 4.538%
